How many Winkle Brig owners will be spending Christmas on board?
Enjoy yourselves wherever you are and good sailing next year. The first outing for Partan in 2009 is expected to be the Norfolk Broads at Easter.

That's a lovely picture, Roger! did you spend Christmas on board? This season, in order to get as much good time on the water, I'm seriously contemplating a fiendishly expensive pontoon berth on Derwent, or possibly a swinging mooring on Ullswater. Alternatively there is the much closer and cheaper but scarey and difficult Glasson Dock sailing club on the Lune, with Morecambe Bay to play. I think the lakes will win out somehow! A quick google revealed there are a couple of boathouses up for sale on Ullswater just now. Starting at a mere £200k...

Anyway, Happy New Year to all, and happy sailing in 2009.
